Control Chart

Purpose

Control Charts identify whether a process is stable or not and help stakeholders distinguish between special and common causes of variation. Once improvement actions have been implemented, Control Charts provide the evidence as to whether they have been successful. The purpose is to ensure that the process is on target with minimum variation.
